I have had a few attempts, it's a bit of a dog to do. I recommend starting the model with a red sprayed base coat, then zenithal airbrush with cream or white. Then just do all over with a contrast paint of your choice (which you can also just blast out your airbrush, I recommend adding some water first). If you want to go a bit further from there you can pick out some highlights with a brush.
