I think Silksong makes you a better gamer. The game takes you out of your comfort zone because you aren't used to dealing with more than one enemy at a time. Dark Souls introduced this sort of thing way back with the likes of Ornstein and Smough, but you always treated them as two separate guys that you try to isolate. Silksong forces you to interact with 2+ guys at a time and there's no use trying to isolate them.

This is going to be the new standard. Expect Silksong-likes that will make you think about more than one boss at a time. Your brain can't handle it now, but in years to come you'll adapt to it and then this will be quaint and easy.
