Some anon in a previous thread claimed that Amphoreus was originally supposed to be Arthurian instead of Greek. Assuming for a moment it was true, I wonder if Shaoji was forced to change the setting because of the Fate collab: the similarity would've been too much and releasing both King Arthur Kevin and King Arthur Saber wouldn't have been allowed. We know HSR team works fast, as Penacony's ending was rewritten due to leaks in just a matter of months. The Fate collab was officially announced a year ago, so it might not be that far fetched...
