How do you they expect someone who is literally laying flat on the asphalt to do anything useful as a soldier, even if they manage to somehow drag him to the unit? Not to mention the sheer ammount of manpower and resources used to try and force one draft dodger. Half a dozen of bozos and a van and 3 hours to grab one guy. The numbers just don't add up.
