Seems like a good plot, maybe not for a full movie but a serialized production, the girls are rendered human by someone who steals away their "monster essence" This causes them a lot of issues as they do lose some of their abilities and may become more vulnerable to injuries. There may also be more dire consequences of them being stuck in human forms for too long.
