DESU, at most I see them more-so getting into verbal spats when disagreeing, and at most getting physical in instances similar to Toph and Katara's mud fight in The Runaway
If you're asking about abilities it depends, especially since for the most parts I'm basing their abilities and histories on their respective books and classic films
Sibella has the traditional vampire abilities: flight, fangs, crawling on walls, immunity to most damage, agility, super speed and strength, turning into a bat/limited shapeshifting, slight immunity to the sunlight (though long term exposure would be bad, think The Sims for how it'd work), etc..., but there's some other stuff like hypnotic eyes, the moonbeam stuff from the book, and a limited ability to use dark magic with no harmful effects (unlike with witches, where using it was very risky, and can corrupt you physically and mentally, like the formerly beautiful Revolta being warped from her experiments into the ugly being we're familiar with) and some others
Winnie's abilities are dependent on her being transformed (and for that matter being in control while transformed) but when she is, she gets super strength and speed, incredible durability and near invulnerability to anything that isn't silver, and sharp claws and and teeth, all at the cost of typically running wild on animalistic rage and instinct.
Elsa would have super strength and basically no pain response, and very resistant to damage (remember her daddy was shot once and ran for miles in the frozen wastelands without issue), not to mention inheriting her father and his creators incredibly advanced intellect
Tanis I think is largely gonna be kept out of any fighting or conflict, but I moreso see her as having access to ancient Egyptian magical artifacts that she'd learn to utilize
All of this is subject to change, though
