After reading through the thread I got it just a little bit more. I'm picturing a shallow friendship where both parties kind of like hanging out with each other but the guy has barely asked any questions about her and barely knows her, and in the end it's just a passable friendship. Or he has gotten to know her and there's such obvious barriers to a relationship (eg religion) that it's unthinkable. But he decides he's tired of being around her without fucking her and just shoots his shot anyway. "You are not interesting enough to be around outside of a sexual manner. Give it to me or I'm out."

Is it a realistic scenario? Fuck no, but I at least would get the reaction if that's what she was getting at. If it's actually more like what you're describing, she's straight up heartless and evil.
