It's meh. If you like Cosmere stuff you'll like it. If you like Sanderson, it's right up your alley. Does it break new ground? Not really. They have a sort of "complication die" that gets rolled with your usual D20 dice roll, but it's fairly uninspired and tacked on compared to systems that do dual success/failure complication/advantage systems which deliver this much more elegantly than Cosmere.
I'll skip it.
