Is it just me, or TOW actually sucks? It's brittle, not that punchy, it's special rules weak just enough so they won't do too much and you have to pay for a cone attack that seems kinda useful?

Heard they can be good for sniping monsters, any opinions?

P4a, I'd like to get one but what's the point if it sucks?
