I'm not the usual guide anon, but tried making one for Hysilens anyway. Feedback is welcome

BiS: Signature / Black Swan S1
Cope: Sampocone
>Relic Stats
Chest: EHR / ATK
Boots: ATK / SPD
Orb: PHY DMG / ATK (whichever has better substat)
Rope: ATK / ERR
>Stat Goals
EHR: 120
SPD: 134 / 160 (Signature gives 10% SPD bonus)
ATK: 3600 in-combat
Once you hit the stat goals for EHR and SPD, just stack as much ATK as possible
Fast Hysilens can help triggering Kafka’s FUA, although it’s not mandatory
ATK rope for general purpose, but she could pivot to ERR rope depending on enemies lineup / stage's gimmick
>Synergistic Teammates
Kafka is mandatory. So her team would usually be:
Hysilens + Kafka + Support #1 (167+ SPD to help trigger Kafka's FUA) + Support #2
Support #1 just need to be faster than Kafka, including but not limited to
Debuffer: Cipher, Pela, Silver Wolf
Sustain: Hyacine, Gallagher
Buffer: RMC, Asta, Tingyun
Support #2 can be Robin, a 3rd DoT unit (BS, JQ, Sampo, Guin), Ruan Mei, Huohuo, or anyone from Support #1
Gameplay can vary depending on your choice of support,
but the idea is to manage Kafka's FUA stacks so it doesn't overflow, as it's one of the main sources of damage

E1 > S1
Depending on her team and enemy lineup, E1 is at least ~60% damage increase over E0
That being said, S1 is a really good cone for DoT team (team wide 10% SPD buff + 30% DoT vuln)
