I deleted social media and the only thing I go on is here, reddit, and YouTube. Can honestly say I'm happier than deleting useless Social media.
Got locked out of hacked Facebook — how to bypass 2FA?
My old Facebook account got hacked. Hacker added 2FA and I lost access.
It was linked to my Instagram via Meta account — I tried deactivating it, but I only removed it from my device and lost full access.
Now, after almost 2 years, the account is suddenly back online. I don’t want it anymore — I just want to delete it for good or disable it permanently.
Facebook support is useless. Password reset doesn’t help because of 2FA.
