Got locked out of hacked Facebook — how to bypass 2FA?

My old Facebook account got hacked. Hacker added 2FA and I lost access.
It was linked to my Instagram via Meta account — I tried deactivating it, but I only removed it from my device and lost full access.
Now, after almost 2 years, the account is suddenly back online. I don’t want it anymore — I just want to delete it for good or disable it permanently.
Facebook support is useless. Password reset doesn’t help because of 2FA.

Your account is hacked & you're worried about deleting it?. You should be managing the situation over nefarious activities from your account

You need to ask meta support to help. Probably need to ask multiple times, because they suck probably as much as twitter support and will close your ticket as "solved" randomly
