Alright /fit/, I need the brutal truth. I’m a 45 y/o, 6’0, sitting at 195 lbs. Divorce is right around the corner and I want a full personal renovation. Not just a “get healthier” thing — I mean fastest, most extreme results possible.
Nothing’s off the table:
• Steroids / TRT / hormone therapy — worth it at my age for speed?
• Personal trainers / marathon gym sessions — how much volume can I realistically handle before it’s counterproductive?
• Style upgrades — tattoos, grooming, stylists, etc.
• Diet hacks — if I need to live on chicken, rice, and clenbuterol, so be it.
I’ve already made decent progress just grinding naturally, but I want to push the accelerator down and not waste time. My goal is simple: when I walk into a room, I want women to double-take. I want to become unapologetically fuckable.
