I know this has been a funny discussion but most of nazi look-alike elements in Zulu are kinda doesn't mean anything beyond the aesthetic reference. The actual STG44 doesn't have a grenade launcher addon and optional scope like this. The main robot itself took reference from Hizack, Zaku and Geara Doga as Katoki mentioned in his artbook. Stahlhelm and gasmask are just very basicbitch design language.
