That was true 10 years ago. Now half the girls on apps are only using them for attention and validation with zero intention of meeting anyone, or to shill their social media/OF. Then there are the bot accounts and scammers and catfish. Then with every single match you have to compete with every Chad in a 100 mile radius. Then you have to worry about her getting the ick over something you weren't even aware of and randomly unmatching or leaving you on read. And we can't forget you are shrinking your already tiny dating pool even more if you have even the most minimal standards, such as no whales or no single moms or no interracial relationships.

Apps are a fucking hellhole nowadays for non-Chad men. I'm sure if you could see the data the apps have about their users and gender ratios and how often men who aren't favored by the algorithm meet a woman IRL it would be blackpilling as fuck.
