Israel was harvesting Palestinian/ Syrian organs for decades. Their crimes were hidden in tunnels under hospitals; the hospitals that mossad told the world were the doing of HAMAS- only for those same tunnels to be completely destroyed by mossad airstrikes to hide the crimes of the human and organ trafficking ventures of Mossad. Oh and HAMAS was originally funded and propped up by israel/ Netanyahu. Coincidences.
