This statement is correct, however. Low fertility is an existential threat to the developed world, we need to very quickly encourage our populace to move back towards a nuclear model and start forming families. It should have been done decades ago but it needs to be seriously started now. That means subsidies to any couples for first-time home buying and raising children, tax burdens to those choosing to remain single, and a promulgation of propaganda to convince the populace to move back to a single working parent format, immediately.
All barriers to a traditional life need to be broken down immediately or in 60 years we won't be able to keep the country together as we will not have enough working youth to maintain critical infrastructure and perform the jobs that keep us all alive and well.
