How do I become calm in pressure?
Life often puts me in stressful situations, and I can't cope with them. I become unable to eat, sometimes unable to sleep, I shake, and more often than not, I procrastinate, fail to solve the problem that is causing me stress, and curl up in my bed or stare at the floor for hours. I hate this. It makes me feel weak. I don't want to be weak. I have been through so much pain, that I know I can endure - but I need to do more than endure, I need to DO and feel calm. Is there any way to change this? I feel so broken.
