How do I become calm in pressure?
Life often puts me in stressful situations, and I can't cope with them. I become unable to eat, sometimes unable to sleep, I shake, and more often than not, I procrastinate, fail to solve the problem that is causing me stress, and curl up in my bed or stare at the floor for hours. I hate this. It makes me feel weak. I don't want to be weak. I have been through so much pain, that I know I can endure - but I need to do more than endure, I need to DO and feel calm. Is there any way to change this? I feel so broken.

I can't really elaborate. It's just stupid bullshit that life has thrown on me. If things go badly, my life could be irreversibly ruined. It's made worse by the fact I have severe mental health issues.

Oh and by the way, as bullshit as it may sound, that method works extremely well when it comes to pragmatically getting rid of anxiety. It's part of acceptance therapy or whatever it's called.
