Sort of. You can steer her away from wanting to control the brain by reminding her it's a bad idea that will draw too much attention, and she realizes it and is happy conquering the underdark and/or Baldur's Gate by conventional means.

If you mean make her nice, then no. She's always LE/NE and she doesn't change that. Which is based, since every other evil character in this game can change to N, so somebody has to be evil.
