Nah, we really just don't want to be associated with them because of 1000 years of bullshit, even though arr rook same, but again, the alphabet is a giveaway. We actually adopted the Czech letters just to look less Polish out of spite. My village used to be mostly Polish, but the Germans killed a lot of them and the Russians deported the rest. I'd visit the one cemetery on the night of the souls we had that served their mostly extinct village and it was like Poles from the 1800s. They left a bunch of flooded bunkers in my backyard too that the Germans blew up, I think, I don't know only some of them are marked on official maps cause they're pretty obscure. We used to do Summer Solstice festival in the hills there, but I don't think modern generations do this anymore. Weird memories. Bleh.
