Unfortunate, but not unexpected
I just bought a Luska familiar in the auction house because cute animu girl and was curious if it'd be possible to ever get her to Legendary. I figured it'd be impossible though since you can buy unique familiars in the auction house for decently cheap, but then legendary familiars are all 25b+. Also all the info I could find online said the tier up rates were abysmal, but all those posts were also multiple years old so I just wanted to confirm that Nexon hadn't increased the odds in recent times.
But it's Nexon, so I didn't expect things to not be ass.
