It’s just Togashitards repeating the same surface-level shit while forgetting that Togashi also takes inspiration from other series as well, same as any other Shonen mangaka. It’s why you get surface level comparisons like Yusuke and Ichigo, with the latter being unfavorably compared to the former, even though when you actually look at their characters and home lives, they couldn’t be anymore different.

Is order combining really cheaper...? It often doesn't feel like it desu.
I got 1 expensive item on order at amico and something else I want to order releases in the same month but I feel like it'll be cheaper to get the 2nd item at GSC instead.

And if one of them gets delayed the whole point of combining them becomes moot anyway.
