I disagree hard. It’s the other way around, people in this thread (correctly) understand that the homos metrics all suck. What gets less acknowledgement is that, even then, these metrics are almost at the top of the male vtuber world and that there is a world of hurt downstream from them.
Brave Group has two branches (YUMENOS and globie) with ONE VIEW males. Even Nijisanji, about 50 of their male vtubers range between Uyu and Roberu.
It’s not that the homos are absolute underperformers and at the bottom of the male vtuber market. They’re underperformers and (bar the five or six anointed by Anycolor) almost at the TOP of it.
That shows the extent of the male vtuber market, there is just not enough demand.
