Oi, not blackhand but I had the same issue three months ago, it plagued me for weeks. I finally solved it by changing the DNS (of my phone) from google to cloudfare, that solved everything. Plus wasn't the only website that didn't work, no issues after the DNS change. Not guaranteed to work but perhaps that's it?
