In-lore the crime rate in NC makes Detroit and Brazil blush but in-game this isn't felt at all outside of gigs. You need mods like this https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/10395 to make it more lore accurate. Because in vanilla, NC is practically cleaner than fucking Seattle.
