thats not 'denouncing' circumcision. thats saying that goyim dont have to get circumcised if they dont want to because they are already spiritually circumcised through belief in jesus. it literally says that circumcision is nothing....but the keeping of the commandments of god. its placing emphasis on the faith behind the circumcision over the ritual practice itself, but it is still using circumcision as a positive metaphor for a mark of faith. that is not denouncing
