It's still reliant in part on actual artistic knowledge and skill. Maybe it's what I use (Paint Tool SAI) but I still have to draw everything myself. Mind you, I do like the stabilizer since I hold my stylus (and thus pencils/pens/other writing implements) wrong, but I'm still drawing everything myself. Using tools is what makes humanity the dominant species. Without our tools, we'd be little more than upright chimps and we never would have risen to the apex of the planet. You aren't hunting mammoths with your bare hands.

Like, I've been drawing since before tablets were even common, I hated the screen-tablets we had to use during my brief stint in art school, but I've had my current one for like 12 years now and as soon as I started using it my art quality started improving drastically. Using tools is, ultimately, part of being human. We're not mindless savages, our keen intellect and tool use is what made us what we are today, and if you think that using tools = no talent or ability, suck a bag of fat cocks you braindead Luddite.
