Not really, this isn't the board for it but the majority of the story telling was about the corruption Gotham eventually fell into despite Bruce's efforts, like TDKR it sort of highlights a city can be saved but needs to save itself to remain so.
Teenage drama is used to address that often, but it's mostly to show how screwed the future generation is due to the failings of the prior.
Bane's Venom become slappers anyway, Dr.Dorian's genetic experiments becoming splicing anyway, Joker's psychotic antics inspiring a delinquent subculture anyway.
The "best" stuff however has little to do with the youth, like Sneak Peak, Mr. Freeze, Talia, Inque and Blight's ironic fates, Mad Stan's rants.
I'd also throw in Superman, but mileage may vary on the tone it establishes for every moment since its premise until Terry getting involved.
The show actually uses the cyberpunk/flash forward concept well to address a lot of things without feeling like "a very special episode" or out of step with Batman media. Solid design work in that last area too.
