I got a 2007 that’s a little crusty for $3900. Has 138k miles. I’ve done an oil and filter change, transmission fluid, and topped up coolant. Did an interior detail too since the PO was a smoker. All in I’m about $4300. So far so good, gets 30mpg consistently. It’s slow AF and can’t really pass people on the highway, or merge unless there’s a lot of room to speed up. Also for some reason it misfires during startup but only when I leave work…

To OP - I don’t know anything about the CVT’s but I trust Honda to make a reliable vehicle. If it runs fine and doesn’t do anything weird I reckon you’d be ok. Maybe change the cvt fluid again 10k miles after you buy it
