When you add a second business you will get raided eventually because the raid timer doesn't stop when doing sales, so at some point you will finish a sale and get immediately raided on the other one.

Unironically, the Longfin.
You have access to every loot spot in the island plus you can just drive to the back of the compound and get the hassle free entrance.
If you're having trouble with the cops you can just die to get rid of them.
It's also the only mission where you can do this cheeky trick to make the Longfin spawn in the street instead of having to drive inside the police compound.

I guess another good mention is the wire cutter or whatever its called, no reason to ever take the explosives after you unlock it.
