I'm convinced G25 is anti terroni propaganda given Davidski's online history and the fact that it doesn't match other tools' results. PCAs have inherent inaccuracies but you can create greater biases if you anchor it in certain ways instead of letting the software handle it, as he surely did. PCA is highly multidimensional data compressed to lower dimensions, it's the same problem as projections of the globe on a flat surface. No projection is perfect, some will be more accurate in other regions than others. And in Greece and Southern Italy, the inaccuracies of G25 are severe. The distances are also much greater than I've seen in SmartPCA and according to FST distances.
