Courland and Livland were not settled as extensively as Prussia was. There were also several Prussian uprisings in the 13th Century which led to harsh reprisals and resettlements. Still, we have written records of native Prussians celebrating traditionally Baltic rituals with a Christian coat of paint from several centuries later.
