I do, some of the best kinds of salads have tomatoes and no sauce is a good sauce without tomatoes. However, there's a key to make the most of a tomato: You first have to boil it for one or two minutes, peel it, cut it open and remove it's seeds. Seeds can really ruin a good meal that uses tomatoes, souring it's taste (and also being just awful to come across during bites).
I don't understand how some people don't like tomatoes, honestly, but then again I don't like watermelons or avocados, so I'm no one to judge.
