Building my first pc since 2012 or so (good old days of having a HD 7870), could anyone help me out a bit?

Context: I'm upgrading to a rig after being stuck with a laptop for the last several years now. My main goals with my build is to be able to edit+render videos decently well with the possibility of gaming on the side.
The GPU is that one because I'm mostly into old games and fine with playing stuff on low settings, so I'll just be using the one a coworker said he'd give me for free.
I'm in europe and my budget is around that 1k range including the monitor, any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

also if anyone knows a good wifi adapter, I'm open to suggestions, I'll be stuck on wifi for a few weeks at least
