There's a somewhat low amount of redheads. This might jump at you right away but if you do projects like drawing every 2hu you'll find out you burn through the redheads pretty cute.
That's a niche in and of itself, and her color scheme is neat. The prevalence of yellow makes her design click with me more than her main comparison (Meiling).
Decoration Battle is probably my favorite Stage 1 boss theme in PC-98 too.
