Anything that mentions charge, most importantly the gauntlet, the gifts from MotWE (try to get as many of them if possible) and the ones that you can get from Hatred and Despair, you also take advantage of charge being almost mono-blunt and get as many blunt gifts as you can get.
Then you have to fix your skills to be able to reliably build potency quickly (because potency is what is going to make your skills all reach clashes around 50 or so), you also have to take into acount that by the time you get close to floor 10 charge count becomes a non issue, for example, the multicracks and R-Lu spend a lot of charge with their S2 and generate it with S3, which means that you need to get more S2s than S3s because: spending a lot of charge in first turn = a lot of charge potency = better clashes
W outis works similarly but she instead spends her charge with S3. QoH Don is there to do lots of damage, she quickly reaches absurd numbers of charge potency once she's equipped with the gauntlet, she will do a lot of damage with her positive skill 3 and do AoE when needed (normally first turns when the rest of the team has yet to build potency).
