I really, really prefer silent protagonists desu. Hornet is a good character, yes, but her dialogue is bonedry. The personality contained within her sprites, animations, and gasps and screams is more than enough. Silksong's art is so good, in fact, that I think they could have culled 50% of all words and lost nothing.
