It sounds silly but at the same time some people are just insanely entitled for no real reason.
I work in one of the busiest ERs in one of the biggest cities in the US, and you would not believe the number of people that think that because they called 911 and took an ambulance it means "I have to be seen by a doctor immediately for my tummy ache" and not that they just got enough care from the EMTs and triage nurses to make sure they weren't immediately dying and then were thrown into the triage pile with the rest of the patients.

So the fact that these people knew enough to know about Steam family sharing makes me understand this woman is dealing with a higher grade of entitled extended family.
