House always wins. I don't care to run Vegas and having an AI bot would ruin it the same way an AI bot isn't the best choice to protect Primm even if Primm Slim is a legend around those parts. NCR/Legion are two sides of the same failed attempt at civilization that not only got nukes dropped historically but is going to actively cause Ulysses to nuke them again just because they deserve it.
House running Vegas means I can solve as many problems as I want and then retire to a comfortable life of unlimited booze, hookers, and blackjack while probably continuing to solve problems and make money with Big Mountain tech. We could go to the moon together, even as a pipe dream that's a better deal for the Courier personally than anything else offered.
