I'm using this GUI https://github.com/deepbeepmeep/Wan2GP, works pretty well. wan2.2 lightning lora at 1 strength for both the high and low noise models and lightx2v v2 at 3 str for 1 step and 2 str for 1 step on the high noise model and 1 str for both steps on the low noise model. Overall doing 4 steps at 1 cfg. I could throw you a json file that you can import in the GUI if you decide to try it.
