Drakwald had its capital of Carroburg, so it was probably going north of that city, including the Mirror/Midden Moors until its Luarlorn forest, basically the western portion of Middenland maybe parts of the Wasteland and Nordland as well.
Solland's capital was Pfeildorf, so if that northern point of Province I would guess, it was the land between the River Soll and the upper Reik comprised the original Solland.
Some books also call that area Auld Solland when talking about either Sudenland or Wissenland, so that would support the idea that Solland may have also included that far south area around Kreutzhofen as well.
