Am I over training? I took a week off lifting felt alot better, lifted yesterday and have felt brain fog/emotionaly flat ever since.Im at matintenace and hitting 1g/lb of protein, 0.4g/lb of fat with carbs do I don't think its nutrional either and I've had it even at a 200cal surplus
