Hoshi is very tanky but against Arts mostly. Ulpianus now has TWO best in slot medics that work perfectly with one another so literally it's a "just bring both" moment, and his resistance is against everything, kit even has True Damage counter. You need +1.5k DPS before he even starts to take damage in the first place with his S3 up and Gladiia with Haruka S2 active.
