I had a look at the next Lungmen annihilation and here are my initial thoughts after this first failed attempt (without support).
I need a 4th beefy blocker on the top lane. Neither Fang nor Texas could hold it. The spot Amiya is at needs to be filled by a sniper because drones were getting past. And lastly ignore Specter's weird position behind the others.
If this map is a one and done it might be best to take a support. Any recs?

You only need 2 healers, and you’re really going to want better arts damage for when the last waves spawn. Kroos for additional anti-air support, Shirayuki for spawn camping defense crushers, Spot/Gummy for an extra blocker. Mousse is also great for the lower pressure lanes, Steward’s targeting priority is very useful for this map.
If you have supports open just pick whatever looks strong, this is a fairly old map so it’ll probably work out

I looked a bit into it, not really complicated. Thorns S1M3, higher level better but E2lv60 should do, pots don't matter. Blaze is a bit complicated, you want her to have the lowest HP possible, so the optimal piece is an E2lv1 Blaze, but E2lv60 works fine. In my testing an E2lv90 Blaze had some gaps in the stun cycle, but I need to test more.

I know I sound like an old man complaining, but CC genuinely was better back when. I actually enjoyed trying to solve some of the stages during CC#5-12, but since they revamped it is has been miserable every single time.
The new risk system doesn't add anything of value to the main stage and just makes clears more restrictive. Pinch out unironically was the worst shit that ever happened to any "endgamey" Arknights content.
