Today's training.
Squat 1x1 with 205 kg, 1x1 with 210 kg, 1x1 with 215 kg.
During the warm up my triceps was bothering me when griping the bar for squat, so I had to grab it quite wide, but after warming up I could grab the bar in my usual spot, the squats felt surprisingly light, but I think I might have gone a bit high on depth.
Next week I'll try a 220 kg squat.
Today's training.
Bench press 3x1 with 160 kg, 3x3 with 142.5 kg.
DB OHP 3x8 with 32 kg.

The gym was kind of full so I decided to skip the tricep extensions.
The bench press felt heavy obviously because it's heavy weight but it also felt like I could go on all day with it, didn't feel like 7.5 kg under my current 1RM.
