I don't mind slop as much as most people (as long as you try a handful of times to get something decent, tweaking the prompt to iron out problems and maybe edit the image manually after for easily fixable mistakes) but the fake pixel art might be worse than the mixels on Undertale's soul
It's pretty hard to unfuck; you can resize it down by a power of 2 and then return it to its original size with nearest-neighbor scaling like this (reduced to 128x128) and it partially fixes the mixels, but this won't fix the awful color palette. I've tried reducing the palette size by having Aseprite manually generate one with limited colors and then indexing the image to that palette, but I haven't gotten it to look proper
