Not a terrible start, if I do say so. Honestly, logging this shit makes things so much easier. I kinda hate myself for not doing this sooner when I weighed like 20 lbs less. Would have saved me a lot of time, effort, and self esteem... well, what's left of it. It's actually kinda crazy how much food I was eating before, but I really think it was the booze that kept me from losing weight. Even non-alcoholic beer has like 60 calories in it... Oh well.
