A redraw of this Boku no Pico cover that I can't find a bigger reference for through my google-fu.
Redrawn with Blueberry as Pico.

Call it Blubby no Pico or Boku no Blueby or something more creative.

The game already has a Sexy Beach 2 reference, so this wouldn't be off the beaten path.
