Tibetan Lamas offer their own flesh and blood to their disciples. Sometimes when they die, theyre eaten completely by their disciples so that the disciples can consume their essence.
The last supper itself reminds me a lot of Tsok though. Tsok are feasts, usually in charnel grounds/cemeteries, where the five nectars are offered. One of the nectars is human flesh, and sometimes it's eaten symbolically, other times literally. It helps you to understand you're not that bag of bones you call a body, for one thing.
